Becky Lynch Discusses If She Would Leave WWE For Hollywood

Becky Lynch was rumored to be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This was due to a behind-the-scenes photo from the set of Black Panther 2. The woman in the photo seemed like Becky Lynch, but sadly it was her Doppelganger. The viral story spread like wild fire and finally reached Lynch.

Lynch responded to the rumor with a hilarious meme. An interesting question loomed over fan’s heads though. Would Becky Lynch ever do movies? Luckily, she blessed us with an answer herself.

In an interview with The Independent, Lynch revealed that she loves performing and after WWE she would be open to acting. Who knew Lynch had a degree in theatre? She would be perfect in movies.

“Performing is what I love to do. Right now I love what I’m doing. I love this business, where I’m at, this challenge. I love putting little nuances into what I’m doing. I studied theatre, that’s what I got my degree in. That is something I would love to do when the wheels fall off. Just performing, being involved in entertainment, in general, is what I love and honestly, it’s the only thing I’m really good at.”

Lynch also also mentioned that she asked The Rock and John Cena for advice about transitioning into Hollywood. The wrestlers turned actors gladly advised and mentored her. We agree with Becky’s opinion that John Cena and The Rock are amazing people. Seems like Becky is a girl of many talents. Seeing her in an action packed superhero film would be a dream come true for a lot of fans.

“They are just so generous with their time. If ever I have a question or issue or worry, or something to run past them, they are so open and generous and there to help me out,” Lynch said. “When you’re at that level, when you’re that busy and you still check on the generation coming through, what incredible human beings they are.”

Lynch was absent from WWE since May 2020 but all that changed after she made her amazing return to WWE SummerSlam. Her return was a controversial one after she decimated Bianca Belair to win the Smackdown Women’s title in 26 seconds. We will have to wait and see when Liv Morgan will be able to challenge Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship.
