Becky Lynch made her return at SummerSlam and some fans were not happy about how the company booked her comeback. She won the SmackDown Women’s Title from Bianca Belair in heel fashion, but she’s not sorry for anything.

During SmackDown this week, Lynch opened up the show with a promo. She then said that she apologizes to absolutely nobody. It didn’t take fans long to realize that they heard that same line before.

Many called The Man out for ripping off another famous Irish combat sports specialist. Conor McGregor’s famous “apology” line where he said that he is apologizing to nobody on the roster seemed very close.

This was an apparent homage for Becky Lynch as she has some fun with becoming a heel now. This is a big change for Becky Lynch’s character, but at least she’s learning from other famous Irish heels.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
