Closer Look Into Pete Davidson’s New $1.2 Million Condo

SNL star Pete Davidson is currently having a great time. On top of being in a relationship with “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor, Davidson has also moved out of his mother’s basement.

According to a report by The New York Post, Davidson bought his own luxury condo for $1.2 million just before the start of 2021. Davidson bought  the condo on Staten Island through an LLC, property records show.

Now a more detailed look into Davidson’s new condo has been given. With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the residence is situated on the water and boasts panoramic views overlooking Manhattan.

It also features long windows that open onto a terrace as well as an expansive terrace that gives a wonderful view of the Manhattan skyline. According to the listing, the condo is described as a “pinnacle of luxury lifestyle living.” 

As previously reported, Davidson and Dynevor are taking their relationship really slow. It is likely whenever Dynevor makes her way to Manhattan to spend time with her boyfriend, they will enjoy their time at his new luxurious condo.
