Police Investigating Chris Brown for Alleged Glass Bottle Assault at Nightclub

Chris Brown is once again making headlines for all the wrong reasons as U.K. police are apparently planning to question Brown over an alleged assault he committed back on February 19 against a man in a nightclub.

According to the accuser, he claims that he was hit over the head with a glass bottle in a brawl. The incident took place at Tape nightclub in Hanover Square. While the injuries were non-life-threatening, it’s yet another instance of controversial actions from Brown this week after he reportedly mocked disabled people.

According to a witness at the nightclub via The Sun, “A row broke out with a guy and Brown’s crowd, and the man was hit over the head with a bottle. He tried to get up off the ground to escape, but he was surrounded and then punched and kicked before security broke it up.”

Local police authorities have reviewed CCTV footage and are seeking a conversation with the R&B star when he returns to England for performances at The O2.

Adding fuel to the fire, Brown recently tossed a fan’s phone at a show, adding damning context to these allegations. Furthermore, a video surfaced online of Brown getting testy with a stranger in a club, leading him to take to social media to say he was ready to take things further.
