Emily Ratajkowski Congratulates Others On Their Divorce After Her Own

Emily Ratajkowski is one of Hollywood’s most attractive and successful actresses. She has been embracing her single life by getting back into the dating scene, after her well-publicized divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard. However, she is so happy with her own divorce that she sometimes congratulates other divorcées on becoming members of the club.

The model hasn’t given any information about her split from her ex-husband, but she has made a few passing references to how happy she is to be divorced. She discussed her thoughts on divorce, and how it has helped her grow as a person, with her guest Tommy Dorfman on the most recent episode of her podcast, “High Low with EmRata.” 

During a discussion about dating and breakups, she admitted that she didn’t feel regretful and was ashamed about getting divorced because she knew plenty of people who had ended their relationships for a variety of reasons. Divorce is not “a sad thing” in her opinion.

“I know a lot of people are unhappily married for a long time because they’re so afraid of divorce. I don’t think that’s a good way to live.”

The actress also revealed that she is starting a new positive talk about divorce. “Every time I hear a divorce story or when I see the news, I have to remind myself, ‘Oh that’s sad.’ I literally say to people, ‘Good for you,'” she said.

When speaking about her divorce, Emily wasn’t always so upbeat. She appeared on the cover of Harpers Bazaar in October, and during the cover story interview, she acknowledged that she “feels all the emotions” in response to criticism that she appeared too happy on social media.

“Every day is different. The only good thing I know is that I’m feeling all those things. … It makes me believe that I’ll be OK.”

Emily is actively seeking the next love of her life even though she is a proponent of divorce; however, the paparazzi are reportedly making it difficult for her to date.
