Andrew Tate has gotten himself into trouble in Romania. Both he and his brother, Tristan Tate, have been accused of human trafficking and rape. In a failed attempt to appeal for their innocence, Andrew screamed and shouted while leaving the court.

On Wednesday, February 1st, the brothers were spotted entering the Bucharest Court of Appeal. Andrew and Tristan were handcuffed to each other. The older sibling screamed and shouted at the reporters outside claiming that he is innocent.

The ex-kickboxer was at the court to appeal an extension of the hearing. Last month, a Romanian judge denied their appeal and instead extended their prison detention until February 27th. It didn’t change much this time either as their appeal was put on hold for the time being.

“Ask them for evidence and they will give you none because it doesn’t exist. You’ll find out the truth of this case soon.”

When asked if he believed he would be freed, Tate responded, “There is not much justice in Romania.” Per The New York Post, a judge has yet to decide on Wednesday’s appeal against the decision to hold them for another 30 days. He kept o screaming and setting up a case for his innocence in front of t he cameras.

On December 30, Romanian police searched five homes and detained the brothers and two more suspects. They assert that the suspects were part of an international network of organised criminals that reached from Romania to the United States and Britain. Authorities in Romania claim that after transporting the women out of the country, they used physical force and compulsion to sexually exploit them.

According to sources, Andrew Tate has issued a newsletter to all his subscribers from the email address “tate@cobratate.com.” He has been very vocal about them being free of guilt and the incompetence of Romanian judiciary. However, we don’t think it would be enough to get out of prison.
