Pusha T has come a long way since he signed with Kanye West’s label, GOOD Music. He already earned a top position in the rap scene but his career recently reached a whole new milestone. It seems Pusha T recently addressed past beef with Drake, and he’s not looking to dig up old news.

Pusha T claimed that he didn’t want to “cheapen” his new album, It’s Almost Dry, by including any Drake-related bars. During a new interview with GQ Hype, Pusha discussed his feud with the Toronto rapper. When asked about an alleged Drizzy diss on a recently leaked Jack Harlow track, Pusha T stated that he has moved on from the situation.

I mean, my album is that good. I could never cheapen my album with [that]. I’m cool now. Have a good time. It [even] sounds so old to me. The flow sounds old, the shots don’t even—like what is that? That ain’t a warrior talk. Never engaging. Never. I can’t. Bro, I’ve been here [before]. I’ve seen how it goes. It’s been too long, too many people been called. I’m never engaging with anybody’s time. Everybody’s on my time. Everybody. And right now, I have the best rap album. I sound the freshest, I sound the newest, I sound the best of everybody.

He went on to say that he’s had enough of the back and forth. Diss tracks aimed directly at Drake and Pusha T began in 2018, with both artists dropping diss tracks. Pusha T famously revealed on “The Story of Adidon” that Drake has a son named Adonis.

Pusha T also recently claimed that he and Eminem have no beef after fans misinterpreted lyrics from his new album, It’s Almost Dry. Overall, Push said he’s focused on the next chapter of his career and is entering a new era. GQ Hype’s photoshoot with Pusha T can be seen below.
