Eminem is regarded as one of the most prominent rappers of all time. The Detroit rapper has a long list of accomplishments behind him. Eminem recently dominated the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame fan voting and finally he will get inducted as a member of the class of 2022.

Eminem has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2022. The Rock Hall revealed the final lineup on Wednesday. The Hall wrote an amazing piece to introduce Eminem on its website.

Unbridled controversy. Unparalleled talent. Unmatched superstardom. As the single best-selling artist of the 2000s, a 15-time Grammy winner, and the first artist to have ten consecutive Number One debut albums on the Billboard 200, Eminem’s accolades speak for themselves. His world-renowned status solidified hip-hop as the most commercially successful music on the planet.

In previous years, Eminem has appeared at the induction ceremony twice. He first appeared in 2009 to give a speech inducting Run-D.M.C. into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He returned in 2021 to perform “Rock the Bells” with LL Cool J.

The Hall completed voting for a fan ballot last week, which factored into their final decision on the class roster. In the voting, Eminem came in second place. Dolly Parton, Eurythmics, Duran Duran, Pat Benatar, Carly Simon, and Lionel Richie are also members of the class.

Despite being nominated, Beck, A Tribe Called Quest, Rage Against the Machine, Kate Bush, Devo, Fela Kuti, New York Dolls, MC5, and Dionne Warwick all failed to make the final cut. In any case, no one could have deserved it better. Check out the post below.
