Drake is one of the hottest pop acts in the industry. The Canadian artist has given many hits over the years. Regardless of how it appears, a Drake co-sign is a powerful tool.

Drizzy’s power of persuasion has often come to determine what makes a hit record, whether it’s in the form of a feature or a simple Instagram like. The Toronto lyricist recently took to Instagram to praise his colleagues French Montana and Kodak Black, who had just released the video for their collaborative track “Mopstick” recently, and fans were quick to notice his reaction.

Nah wtf this is ITTTTTTT.

Drake reacted to the Instagram teaser French posted on his profile. Since then, the Coke Boys founder has been inundated with comments, with Russ, Bandman Kevo, and Antonio Brown all praising French. The video, directed by Rook, has 269,000 views and counting on YouTube.

“Mopstick” is the latest music video to be released from French’s 2021 album They Got Amnesia. Doja Cat, Rick Ross, John Legend, Pop Smoke, Lil Durk, Saweetie, Fivio Foreign, Fabolous, Ty Dolla $ign, Moneybagg Yo, and others make appearances on the 22-track album. The album debuted at No. 59 on the Billboard 200 and sold approximately 14,000 copies.

French’s “Mopstick” video follows the release of a new track titled “Big Comfy,” which was created as a jingle for Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Harry Fraud composed the music for “Big Comfy,” which was released on April 7. Montana explained in his lyrics that staying home from the club is the preferable way to spend an evening only if you have your Canada Dry Ginger Ale. The Drake-approved video for “Mop Stick” can be seen below.
