Robert Pattinson has made a name for himself starring in films such as the Twilight series and many more. He truly displayed his acting skills in The Lighthouse back in 2019. It seems his co-star Colin Farrell did something unorthodox recently as well.

Pattinson is set to star in the upcoming film titled The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves. The film is set to be a completely different take on Batman than shown in previous franchises.

Pattinson will be joined by Colin Farrell, who will be portraying the role of The Penguin in the upcoming film. The modern achievements of The Batman’s makeup team is on full display with Farrell’s look as the Penguin.

While speaking to Collider, Colin Farrell talked about his upcoming role as the Penguin. Farrell revealed that he went into a Starbucks while fully dressed as the Penguin as he wanted to “test drive” his look.

”The first day we tried the whole thing out, we took it for a drive, a spin metaphorically speaking. We did it in Burbank. It took about six or eight hours. It was a team of ten or fifteen people. And it was really fun. I went into Starbucks and ordered myself a very un-Oswald drink, an oat milk late with two stevia sweeteners. I got a couple of stares but only because it’s such an imposing look. Mike (Marino) did so much of the work for me on this, so much of the heavy lifting.”

Robert Pattinson also recently warned fans that the upcoming Batman film will be very depressing. The film will release on March 4 this year and it remains to be seen whether it will be a huge success or not.
