For a long time now Jake Paul has been fighting for the rights of UFC fighters when it comes to getting paid a fair wage for their efforts. Jake Paul had previously blasted Dana White over UFC not paying their fighters properly. It seems Jake Paul has clowned Dana White once again, this time over UFC jacking up their price.
For several months, Jake Paul has taken shots at Dana White and there are no signs of him stopping. Dana White recently fired back at Jake Paul by stating that Paul is only starting a fight with him to get noticed and that he has a short shelf life. Paul would then clown Dana White in a huge way.
Jake Paul has heavily criticized Dana White over UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou’s current contract situation in the UFC. The Problem Child went all out to promote an anti-Dana White hashtag.
That is not all as The Problem Child even dropped a hilarious diss track on Dana White. While speaking on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Jake Paul explained why he dropped a diss track on the UFC President. He made it clear it was a necessary step.
First and foremost, it’s needed. People seem to forget that Dana White started harassing me and talking about me before I started going at him, saying my fights are fixed, or I’m not fighting people in my weight class, and basically criticising me by saying I’m not a real fighter. That’s really where the drama started in one of his post-fight press conferences. From that moment on the feud has just gotten bigger and bigger and I’ve gotten increasingly more involved in the fight game, and increasingly more passionate about fighter pay.
I said it a while ago, like yo, there needs to be a fighter’s union. There’s a saying, coup d’etat, I believe it’s a French saying, it’s basically an overthrow of the government or the authoritative figures. I’m starting to spark the coup d’etat.”
We will have to wait and see whether Jake Paul will ever work under Dana White as it simply seems impossible at this point in time. Despite this, many believe it will happen in the future, with even Dana White not being against it anymore.
