Jake Paul has become the unexpected champion when it comes to UFC fighters receiving fair pay for risking their lives in every fight. Jon Jones, in particular, has demanded he get paid a proper amount of money to compete in big fights. Jake Paul had previously blasted Dana White over UFC not paying their fighters properly.
For months now Jake Paul has taken shots at Dana White and there are no signs of him stopping. Dana White recently fired back at Jake Paul by stating that Paul is only starting a fight with him to get noticed and that he has a short shelf life. Paul would then clown Dana White in a huge way.
Earlier this year, Jake Paul even claimed that his feud with Dana White will end with Paul knocking out White inside a Las Vegas nightclub. Naturally, Dana White laughed it off.
While speaking on the Weighing In podcast, John McCarthy talked about the possibility of Jake Paul and UFC President Dana White working together. McCarthy made it clear that he belives that the two will definitely work together in the future and make a lot of money in the process.
“Jake has already said that he’s moving to MMA. So, if that’s true, he’ll have plenty of places that he can shop his wares. If the UFC was gonna give someone like CM Punk [Phil Brooks] a shot, why wouldn’t you give Jake Paul a shot? Especially with all the stuff he’s been saying, all the things he’s been doing, and then the win streak he has against some of your ex-fighters and stuff like that? It would be easy to sell and you would make a ton of money. If there’s one thing I know Dana is not against, he is definitely not against making money. He loves to sell pay-per-views, so I think it would be a beneficial partnership for both.”
We will have to wait and see whether Jake Paul will ever work under Dana White as it simply seems impossible at this point in time.
