Jon Jones called the UFC out for not paying him enough. This seems to be a trend as fighters are now calling for a larger cut of the profit. Jake Paul seems to be on their side.

Paul, who Dana White has threatened to sue for contract tampering, tweeted out a long message to the UFC President. Jake Paul called Dana White a douche and suggested that he pay Jones and N’gannou what they’re worth for their next fight.

Dana you claimed you would bet $1M on me losing. Set up Askren to train with Freddie Roach…gave him full access to UFCPI…and he still got his ass handed to him. Seems like you are the real douche…not Ariel. In my 3rd fight I made more more in total pay than any fighter in UFC history. Maybe it’s time to pay your fighters their fair share? No wonder they all want to get into boxing. Dana you say you make the fights fans want to see…so hurry up and make Jones vs N’gannou. Pay them their fair share….$10M purse for each guy, plus PPV. Why are UFC fighters so underpaid vs Boxers? Why did I make more in my 3rd fight than all but two (Khabib & Conor) UFC fighters have in history? I know why…

Jake Paul last Triller Fight Club fight did 1.5 million pay-per-view buys and generated $75 million in revenue. Paul got a big cut of that and he can certainly see the benefit of larger paychecks. We’ll have to see if Dana White replies.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
