Jake Paul made it his life’s mission to play the role of a very annoying and punch-worthy character and taking part in big-money matches that break records. This includes going after Tyron Woodley, which ultimately led to the match in the first place.
One of the biggest complaints from UFC over the years is regarding the promotion not paying their fighters properly. Jon Jones, in particular, has demanded he get paid a proper amount of money to compete in big fights.
Jake Paul had previously blasted Dana White over UFC not paying their fighters properly and Paul is certainly relentless when it comes to calling out the UFC President it seems.
For months now Jake Paul has taken shots at Dana White and there is no signs of him stopping. While speaking to the Full Send podcast, Dana White talked about Jake Paul always taking shots at him.
White stated that Jake Paul has been trying to stir things up and start a fight with him so that he would get noticed. He also put Showtime on blast.
“Listen, that’s all part of the business. You know, you wanna get noticed, you wanna stir up some shit? Start a fight with me. I mean that’s how you do it, you know. He’s on f***ing Showtime. What are they gonna f***ing do? You know what I mean? Showtime is like the f***ing end, at the bottom of the barrel. They are the f***ing worst. They think they are f***ing HBO but they are not. You know they the f***ing s***can of pay-TV.”
Jake Paul will be facing off against Tyron Woodley on August 29th in a boxing match for Showtime Boxing. We will have to wait and see who will win the match in the end.
