The Weeknd Drops Angelina Jolie Line In New Dawn FM Song

The Weeknd dropped Dawn FM, a new album that he announced earlier this week. The album features contributions from Tyler, the Creator, Lil Wayne, Quincy Jones, Oneohtrix Point Never, Jim Carrey, Swedish House Mafia, Max Martin, Calvin Harris, and Uncut Gems co-director Josh Safdie. It also includes the 2021 single “Take My Breath.”

On his new song ‘Here We Go…Again,’ The Weeknd makes a reference to dating a ‘movie star.’ This comes just months after romance rumors about Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd first surfaced. The Weeknd and Angelina Jolie were first seen on a dinner date together six months ago, and he now appears to be singing about her on his new album Dawn FM. The song “Here We Go…Again,” which was released on Jan. 7, appears to be a reference to Angelina Jolie.

The Weeknd also adds at the end of the song that the relationship he’s singing about was unexpected. Despite the fact that The Weeknd and Angelina Jolie have never officially discussed their relationship, they have been seen out and about together on several occasions. The first time they were pictured together was on June 30, when they were seen leaving the same restaurant at the same time. They were said to have spent “hours” together inside the hotspot.

A few days later, The Weeknd joined Angelina Jolie and two of her daughters at a private show. Although the celebs were not pictured together, they were both present at the VIP event. The Weeknd and Angelina Jolie met for another dinner date towards the end of September. Despite arriving separately, they are said to have spent over two hours inside together.

This is Angelina’s first public potential relationship since her split from Brad Pitt in Sept. 2016. Meanwhile, The Weeknd famously dated both Bella Hadid and Selena Gomez before being linked to Angelina.
