A piece of interesting Tupac Shakur memorabilia is hitting the auction block. Tupac‘s infamous “MOB” ring is up for sale. The piece of gaudy jewelry is going for an equally high price.

Moments in Time auctions are offering several high-end celebrity auctions. In addition to Tupac’s ring, the crown medallion he wore that was dented by a bullet in the rapper’s 1994 shooting. Also up for auction is Elvis Pressley’s revolver.

The ring will cost the winning bidder around $95,000. Tupac famously wore the ring after becoming affiliated with Suge Knight and Death Row Records. The initials “MOB” stand for “Member of Blood,” as in the infamous street gang.

Death Row was known to be affiliated with the Bloods. Snoop has also worn the insignia, even though he’s normally associated with the rival Crips. Regardless of the context, it became an iconic image for west coast rap.

The ring initially was given to a girlfriend by Tupac. It changed hands several times. Ultimately, it wound up in the possession of the private collector who decided to offer it for auction.

Tupac Shakur was leaving a Mike Tyson fight in Las Vegas when he was gunned down while riding in a car with Suge Knight. He later passed away in the hospital at the age of 25, The murder remains unsolved.
