Swift is re-recording “Red” as a countermeasure against the changed ownership of the masters to her first six studio albums. She released “I Bet You Think About Me” (Taylor’s Version) in the wake of her SNL performance.

Red is all about “red” emotions. In an Instagram post, Swift said “Red” “resembled a heartbroken person” musically and lyrically. Its songs discuss the complex and conflicting feelings resulting from fading romance.

After the success of All Too Well (Taylor’s Version) and its Short Film Taylor went on to perform the song on SNL garnering more praise and popularity for the album. Her SNL performance video received 3 + million views in 24 hours.

She surprised her fans with the Music Video release of “I Bet You Think About Me” (Taylor’s Version). The Iconic music video is Actress Blake Lively’s Directorial debut and stars the amazing Miles Teller.

This is yet another song that is said to be in reference to her ex- Jake Gyllenhaal. Taylor confronts her ex now that she was able to move on. Taylor places the blame on her lover for leaving because of superficial reasons, which included differences in background and upbringing. In the song Taylor mentions she was brought up in Pennsylvania on her family’s farm in contrast to her Ex. Jake was born to a film producer and screenwriter, with an affluent upbringing in LA.
