Nicki Minaj Shares Rare Family Photos After Husband Kenneth Petty’s House Arrest Sentencing

Nicki Minaj is one of the most established female rappers in the hip-hop world. It took a long time, but she finally became the huge star that she is today. That doesn’t mean her life is without problems. She also uploaded photos of her family after her husband was sentenced to house arrest.

The lengthy legal battle involving Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty ended recently as well. As previously reported, Kenneth Petty has been given an in-home detention sentence of 1 year.

A Los Angeles judge sentenced Petty to three years of probation and one year of home detention for failing to register as a sex offender in California. According to the US Attorney’s Office, he was also ordered to pay a $55,000 fine.

Following the sentencing, Nicki Minaj uploaded photos of herself along with Kenneth Petty and their son, Papa Bear. Minaj and Petty wore skinny jeans, white shirts and sneakers. Their son wore a yellow tracksuit and Fendi sneakers.

Neither Minaj nor Petty has spoken about the news of his conviction yet. Regardless, Petty is facing the consequences of his actions and that is what matters now.
