The Rock’s Daughter Gets Name Change Before WWE Television Debut

WWE made headlines when they hired Simone Johnson back in 2020. The Rock’s daughter then began training at the Performance Center. She also got a new name ahead of her NXT debut.

Simone Johnson does not have the best of luck when it comes to her physical wellbeing. She had previously gone under the knife on her knee. She ended up having another surgery as well.

Right after that, Simone Johnson made it clear she wants to be part of the women’s breakout tournament. The 20-year-old Johnson took to Twitter and revealed that she will be known as Ava Raine.

She is finally healthy and more than ready to make her in-ring return now. We will have to wait and see when Ava Rain will debut in NXt and how she will fare, as fans are excited to see her debut.
