Young Thug and his YSL associates were recently busted in Atlanta on RICO charges. In layman’s terms, that means they were accused of participating in a tangled web of organized crime including 28 individuals picked up on 56 total counts. Among those picked up during the sweep was Yak Gotti.

In a very strange turn of events, Adam22 of “No Jumper” was able to score an unplanned jailhouse interview with Yak Gotti. This all came about in a very strange way. House Phone, a co-host on the show, was infatuated with an Instagram model, Babydoll Forbes, and Adam brought her in for an interview on the show. Then she walked onto the set with her boyfriend on the phone.

By pure total luck, the boyfriend turned out to be Yak Gotti. The show was then able to score an exclusive update on the YSL case for the show. The stunned hosts spoke to Yak about the ongoing case.

“Nah, we ain’t talked, like isolated… Everybody’s in good spirits though. It be like family, though… We good.”

The hosts then showed their support for Yak Gotti and YSL. Despite the extremely serious circumstances, it sounds like Gotta and the rest of YSL are hanging in there. They are in isolation and conditions suck, but they’re trying to take it one day at a time. The group is facing major prison time, but members are keeping their spirits high.

It might be a while before the public hears from members of YSL. This chance encounter was a rare opportunity to get an update directly from behind bars. Yak Gotti and his labelmates are up against a serious legal fight, but it is one they believe they can win.
