Young Thug might have been living carefree as of late but some legal troubles from the past are catching up to him. In an unfortunate turn of events, Thugger has been taken into police custody.

Young Thug and Gunna are among 28 people associated with YSL that have been charged in a 56-count indictment on Monday, WSBTV’s Michael Seiden reported.

WSBTV’s Michael Seiden reports Thugger, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar William, is now being held at Fulton County Jail after an arrest. According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Young Thug has been charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and participation in criminal street gang activity.

It was also noted that Gunna has been charged with one count of conspiring to violate RICO. The trouble goes back to back to 2015, when a car used in the murder same year was the same car Young Thug had rented. He is accused of renting that car which was responsible for murder of his rival gang member.

A video surfaced which you can watch below also shows Young Thug in handcuffs being taken by police in an area full of police activity. This one will be hard to get out of for Young Thug as Atlanta’s laws regarding these cases are very strict. Hopefully, this doesn’t turn out very bad for Thugger, but him getting out of this is very unlikely at the moment.
