Nash Carter hasn’t had the best of luck recently. After being released from his WWE contract due to a controversial photo of himself were he looked like Hitler, he and longtime partner Kimber Lee separated due to allegations of domestic assault. Now, the former MSK team member will no longer be added to the popular WWE 2K22 video game.

2k Studios has decided to remove Carter from the upcoming Stand Back DLC pack which is set for release next month. Carter won’t be added to the list of names coming to the game which include Booker T and the Hurricane. 2k Studios sent out a statement regarding Carter’s removal.

With 2K’s commitment to providing the most authentic representation of the WWE universe, the Stand Back Pack has been updated to reflect the current WWE roster. WWE 2K22 DLC packs provide the community with engaging and valuable content post launch to ensure there is always something new to discover in the ring. To deliver on that promise, the new update to the Stand Back Pack now includes Booker T EVO and Seth Rollins Emerald MyFACTION cards as bonus content in addition to The Hurricane, Stacey Keibler, A-Kid, and Wes Lee.

Interestingly enough, Carter’s former MSK tag partner, Wes Lee, is scheduled to make his debut in the 2K series next month. Lee stuck with NXT, so 2k has some reason to put him in the game at least. With so much going on in Carter’s life, there’s no telling when we’ll ever see him back in an wrestling ring again. Just because Carter isn’t getting an official release in the game doesn’t rule out created wrestlers.
