Wendy Williams might be gone from her daytime talk show but she says her break won’t last much longer. However, her return doesn’t seem plausible at the moment according to insiders.

Williams was removed from The Wendy Williams Show due to underlying health issues in February. She was replaced by Sherri Shepherd which never really sat well with Williams.

Wendy Williams promises that she will return to hosting her talk show by this September, but Page Six insiders reveal that is not the case. The outlet noted her comeback is “logistically impossible.”

The insider close to the outlet said, “Where’s she gonna go? It’s done. Logistically, it won’t work. Sherri has her time slots.” When Sherri took over the show, the production company behind it signed a deal with the “The View” alum. Which makes Wendy’s claims seem bogus.

As noted earlier, Sherri is unbothered by her predecessor’s negative remark against her. She also said he was extremely concerned about Williams’ mental health. That being said, Williams making her return on the talk show seems very unlikely unless the company somehow terminates Debmar-Mercury terminates their deal with Sherri.
