Tammy Lynn Sytch was arrested and charged with DUI Manslaughter and 8 other offenses. She didn’t spend too much time behind bars, but that might change.

The Original WWE Diva was released from jail on a $227,000 bond following her arrest. She didn’t sit in a jail cell for very long at all. She is still facing up to 30 years in prison on that slew of charges. The judge also ordered Tammy Sytch not to leave Volusia County, Florida while she awaits her court date.

Now Mike Springer has released state paperwork which was filed against Sytch. The state wants Tammy’s bond revoked. Obviously, there are some who believe that she cannot be trusted with her freedom.

Reasons included in the documentation include her previous convictions. There is reason to believe that a high probability exists that Tammy Lynn Sytch might repeat this same dangerous behavior while she awaits her trial.

It should be noted that Tammy Lynn Sytch blew three times the legal limit after the accident. It is unclear why she was allowed to go home after that. A man died as a result of that wreck as he reportedly suffered a heart attack.

Sytch has a court hearing in New Jersey on May 26th. We will continue covering this story here at Thirsty. There will likely be plenty to unpack as time goes on.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
