Kelly Clarkson started dating talent manager Brandon Blackstock in 2012. Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock in June 2020, citing irreconcilable differences. Kelly’s ex-husband Brandon recently rushed to court, demanding that Singer turn off security cameras at the ranch.

Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock took her back to divorce court last month. According to court documents, a private hearing was held on March 17 before private judge Scott Gordon. The couple had previously hired Gordon to assist them in resolving difficulties without having to fight them all in public.

According to the latest filing, the parties’ lawyers were present for the hearing that Blackstock requested. Blackstock is currently staying at Clarkson’s Montana ranch until June, as previously reported. He is permitted to stay on the property as long as he pays $12,500 a month, according to their divorce settlement.

The ranch was a controversial subject throughout the divorce proceedings, with Blackstock wanting a share of the property. His argument was rejected by the judge.

According to Radar, Clarkson’s ex demanded in his new filing that all webcams, trail cams, and other security cameras at the property be turned off. Clarkson had until May 3 to turn off the security cameras, indicating that the parties were in agreement. The outcome of that hearing is unknown.

Blackstock was clearly furious with the situation, as he wanted sanctions in the amount of $10,000 or more. The current feud between the two comes only weeks after they finalised their divorce. The agreement also stated that if Blackstock moved out of Montana, the custody arrangement would have to be redrafted. Clarkson will also pay her ex-husband $115k a month in spousal support until the end of 2024.

Clarkson had to struggle to get their prenuptial agreement enforced during their divorce. The court ultimately agreed that the terms of the prenuptial agreement will be followed. Clarkson, who allegedly earns $20 million per year, reportedly let out a joyful scream on the set of The Voice after learning that the court had decided in her favor on the prenup.

Blackstock is now a rancher after leaving the entertainment industry following his divorce. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
