Amber Heard Trashes Ex-Assistant Claiming She Was The One Who Drank On Job

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are currently embroiled in a legal battle in Virginia. The controversies surrounding Johnny and Amber are coming to light one after the other. Amber recently trashed her ‘difficult’ ex-assistant Kate James claiming she drank at work.

According to Radar Online, Amber Heard took the stand for the second time and trashed her ex-assistant, Kate James. The 36-year-old Aquaman actress didn’t hold back, hurling accusations at her former employee after Kate claimed Heard spit in her face when she asked for a raise. Kate’s deposition was played in court last month.

She accused Heard of being a heavy drinker who enjoyed taking magic mushrooms, ecstasy, and cocaine. During her marriage to Johnny Depp, she worked as the actress’ assistant. This is significant because Kate claimed she saw no evidence of abuse during their relationship.

Heard told a different story when she took the stand. Depp’s ex-wife described Kate as “difficult, troubled, and inconsistent.” She also claimed that when it came to drinking on the job, Kate was the one who did it. “Her behavior was horrible,” Heard said in a courtroom in Fairfax County, Virginia. Heard stated that she had little face-to-face interaction with Kate because the actress was rarely in Los Angeles. She also claimed that they frequently communicated via email.

As previously reported, Kate referred to Heard as an annoying boss who demanded constant attention. She claimed that the Pineapple Express actress frequently yelled at her. She also recalled Heard allegedly spitting in her face after she requested a raise. During her marriage to Depp, Kate worked with the actress from 2012 to 2015.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star, who is now 58, believed Kate’s deposition was critical because she was present and claimed to have never witnessed violence or evidence of abuse between the two.
