Rosie O’Donnell has bought and sold more than a dozen properties on the East Coast, from Connecticut to Florida, throughout the years. However, Rosie O’Donnell flipped out when she relocated to California and sold her first home only four months after purchasing it.

Rosie recently sold a modern farmhouse in Los Angeles for $4.9 million, after purchasing it for $4.6 million in December. According to TMZ, Rosie didn’t see the house as an investment property when she acquired it so it’s unknown why she decided to flip it.

The home has a total surface area of 4,1000 square feet, with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The master suite has two walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace. The property features a Kosher Chef’s Kitchen with a Caesarstone island and a walk-in pantry, as well as 10-foot ceilings. Olive trees, rose bushes, lavender plants, and a built-in BBQ dining area dot the backyard.

Constructed in 2019, the home also has a Tesla charger built-in. Rosie purchased the property immediately after selling her longstanding house in New Jersey and it would be interesting to see if she stays in L.A. or returns to her native state of New Jersey, where she has spent the majority of her life. The listing was handled by Alexandra Flynn of MS Property Partners at Keller Williams Beverly Hills.
