Cardi B went live on Instagram recently, after cancelling her Twitter account in the wake of a Twitter feud with some of her own fans. Many of her fans were disappointed that she will not be attending the Grammy Awards in 2022. Cardi tweeted her thoughts after exchanging words with a handful of followers.

I’m deleting my twitter but On God I hate this f-ckin dumbass fan base.

Cardi B was nominated for Best Rap Performance for “Up,” while “Family Ties” was won by Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar. Later that night, she mentioned the loss on her Instagram feed.

Why would I show up with one nomination? And I lost it anyways, so you wanted me to go to the Grammys, lose an award, and me just be there smiling like, ‘That’s great, that’s great.’ Like, come on now my n—-. Come on now. I don’t like that sh-t. And then it’s like, ‘Oh but you was giving out hints…’ What in my Insta story gave you hints that I was gonna go into the Grammys? Oh my tweet, ‘I like men that like fashion.’ What the f-ck does that have to do with the Grammys? Red hair and tattoos, what the f-ck does that have to do with me saying I’m going to the Grammys?

Cardi B has often faced backlash from fans on Twitter. It appears, she has grown sick of the constant criticism. Only time will tell if she returns, but Cardi was not in a good mood today. Check out the clips from Cardi’s live stream below.
