Ahead of Friday’s Raptors and Lakers game, Russell Westbrook was caught on camera getting in an argument with a Toronto man. It seemed that the man had taunted him to prompt his heated response.

The Los Angeles Lakers’ season keeps getting worse, and as a result, Westbrook has faced a lot of criticism for his performance. LeBron James and Westbrook have become frustrated at times with their lack of success. It appears it got to Westbrook that he is taking time off to respond to critics.

In a new clip filmed by an unidentified Toronto man, Westbrook got into a verbal dispute with the critic. “I ain’t a little kid, don’t play with me,” said Westbrook in the video, which was apparently filmed on Thursday night.

It is unknown what the person said that instigated reaction from Westbrook, but it was evident that the man in the clip was a fan as he can be heard saying, he “f*cks with” Westbrook, and he “just want you to play better.” The man screamed, “Russell, you’re a goof, bud,” as he left the scene.

Lakers’ poor performance has impacted their family too, to the point that angry fans have sent death threats to Westbrook’s wife Nina, she revealed in a series of tweets earlier this month. Lakers are currently sitting at No. 9 in the western conference. Check out the clip below.
