Deion Sanders’ feet are what first made the legendary two-sport athlete a star. Sanders’ speed set him apart on the gridiron and the baseball field. Deion even once even attempted to appear in an NFL game and a Major League Baseball game on the same day. “Primetime” is one of the most gifted athletes of all time.

Sanders was a television talking head for years as he covered the NFL in his unique style. In 2020, Deion Sanders became the head coach of the Jackson State Tigers. The historically black university plays at the second-highest level of college football in the United States.

Deion Sanders recently has been dealing with some health issues. Coach Prime was forced to miss a few games during the last season. After complications arose from a foot surgery he had last December, TMZ Sports has reported that Deion has had to have two toes amputated.

Sanders previewed the latest episode of “Coach Prime” for Barstool Sports. The reality show follows Sanders on his coaching journey at Jackson State. Deion revealed that he had to have the big toe and second toe on his left foot surgically removed several weeks ago.
