YFN Lucci is requesting his release from prison this week. The Atlanta rapper claims he has faced dangerous circumstances in the Fulton County Jail. Lucci believes his life is in danger if he continues to be held.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ tell the story. YFN Lucci claims that a fellow inmate at the facility stabbed him in the back during a video call with a friend. In the aftermath, Lucci said a bounty was placed on his head.

Lucci has asked the judge in his case to grant him bond. The mitigating factor is a fear for his life. YFN has even agreed to wear a 24-hour monitoring device and be confined to his home if his request is allowed.

Lucci is in jail because he violated the conditions of a previous bond. YFN Lucci was bonded from jail after a murder charge. The violation stemmed when Lucci went to a strip club and a recording studio in violation of his terms.

There has been no comment from YFN Luccilawyer at this time. The rapper will have to wait for the judge to make a decision. Hopefully he is not harmed in the interim.

YFN Lucci believes his life is in danger as long as he’s in jail. A release, he believes, would ensure that he is even alive to stand trial. Time will tell what the court determines.
