Kanye West Destroys His Malibu Beach House Interior Just After Purchasing It For $57.3M

Kanye West bought a home in Malibu Beach in September of 2021. In the wake of his imminent divorce from Kim Kardashian, Ye bought a house across the street from his estranged wife. However, West has huge plans for his recently bought property, which he is remodeling in a big way.

New photos of the house reveal the concrete residence that bears little resemblance to what it previously was. Despite the fact that the coastal side of the house has been entirely exposed, the front entryway has been left untouched, with numerous caution signs placed on the doors. The two-story home had big windows facing the beach and a concrete rooftop before the modifications.

The windows facing the Pacific have been removed, as have the concrete ceilings and a massive black sheet has been draped over the house, covering two stories. There were no workmen on the property, but red caution tape and different orange cones were strewn about. It’s unclear what Kanye intends to do with his house.

Tadao Ando, a Japanese Pritzker Prize-winning architect, designed Kanye’s new home, which was built by Marmol Radziner. The mansion was previously held by Richard Sachs, a financier, and Ashley Olsen’s ex-boyfriend, who purchased it for $1.9 million. The four-bedroom, 3,665-square-foot home stands on a 5,672-square-foot lot near a public beach.

Kim recently pleaded with a judge to declare her single, revealing that Kanye’s social media activities have caused her ’emotional distress.’ ‘I very much desire to be divorced,’ Kim claimed in fresh filings obtained by TMZ. Kanye claimed Kim put his daughter North West on TikTok “against his will,” accused her of “kidnapping” their eight-year-old, and claimed she accused him of “putting a hit out on her.” Kim also said Kanye’s lawyers have admitted to struggling to communicate with him.
