Henry James Ruggs III was a popular wide receiver in the NFL. Then things went terrible as he was involved in a deadly accident. Now the victims of that tragedy are being remembered with art.

Tina Tintor’s life and that of her pet dog have been memorialized in Las Vegas with a lovingly crafted memorial. The artwork is dedicated to a young woman who died in an automobile accident caused by Henry Ruggs, a former Las Vegas Raiders player.

On a soft blue background, the mural depicts the young lady smiling endearingly with her Golden Retriever. Friends and family of the late young lady and her dog have also come to pay their respects, leaving flowers, candles, and emotional keepsakes as they continue their grief. Tintor’s uncle organized this mural three months after they were killed in a terrible vehicle accident.

According to News 8 Now, Tintor’s death was caused by her being burned to death after her RAV4 was struck from behind by Ruggs’ sports car, which was “speeding with a.161 BAC” at the time of the event. If convicted of all five charges against him, Henry Ruggs may face a sentence of several decades in jail, according to reports.
