Anderson .Paak and record producer Knxwledge formed the duo NxWorries in 2015. He is frequently accompanied by the band Free Nationals, who play a variety of instruments including electric guitar, bass, piano, keyboards, and drums, as well as backing vocals. Anderson .Paak is on cloud nine after performing at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday.

After Slim Shady briefly rapped the chorus of Dr. Dre’s “Forgot About Dre,” the Oxnard, California musician was brought onto the stage as a drummer for Eminem’s performance of “Lose Yourself.” A visibly excited in front of over 70,000 attendees .Paak emerged from the set to assist in an electrifying performance of one of Eminem’s most popular songs from 2002.

Anderson.Paak documented the moment on Instagram, expressing his delight at the Los Angeles Rams’ victory and being able to share the stage with Em, Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige.

“YOU ONLY GET ONE SHOT!!! THE @rams ARE WORLD CHAMPS!!! SALUTE @eminem @drdre IT WAS SUCH AN HONOR!!! @snoopdogg @eminem @kendricklamar @therealmaryjblige YALL KILLED THAT SH*T!!!!”

Anderson .Paak teased his participation in the halftime show by posting a photo with Kendrick Lamar, thanking him for giving him a ride to the stadium, and telling Dre he was on his way. “THANKS FOR THE RIDE FOOLIE!” he wrote. “@drdre HERE I COME!!!”

Anderson .Paak is still riding high from the November release of his An Evening with Silk Sonic with Bruno Mars, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 after “Leave the Door Open” topped the Hot 100. He revealed in January that he was working on his next NxWorries album with producer Knxwledge.

Paak previously worked with Eminem on the song “Lock It Up” from his album Music to Be Murdered By. They also collaborated on “Medicine Man,” a song from Dre’s 2015 album Compton. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
