Almost always Drake is surrounded by controversy. Recently, one of his many fans, Mesha Collins sued the rapper for $4 billion dollars. She alleged in her suit Drake was invading her privacy by publicly sharing information about her. However, the lawsuit against him was dismissed but Mesha is back at it again.

Previously, Collins was arrested back in 2017 after she allegedly broke into the rapper’s home while he was away, drank his beverages and then locked herself inside a room. Soon after she filed a lawsuit against the rapper. Though, the case was tossed but she continues to run into legal trouble.

Radar Online obtained documents which show that Collins was arrested on Dec. 20 after she was detained on charges related to “battery on a police officer.” It’s understood that. she was jailed for four days. Although details surrounding her arrest remain unclear.

The outlet also reported that Collins is planning to take Drake to court once again. The new documents obtained by the outlet revealed that Collins asked for the dismissal to be vacated. However, Drake’s legal camp insist the dismissal should not be thrown out. His legal team claimed immediately after Collins was released from jail in December, she contacted Drake’s attorney and wrote, “I have been FREE’d! Can we arrange a phone conversation?”

It’s safe to say this won’t be the end of Mesha’s antics. Meanwhile, details about the situation are still scarce. We will be on the lookout for more updates.
