Hugh Hefner has recently become the subject of several allegations. Many of them divulged shocking truths about Playboy. Hugh Hefner was recently defended by Brande Roderick after accusations of pig party surfaced.

Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick has come out swinging in Hefner’s defense. The Playboy founder’s reputation has lately come under fire as a result of a forthcoming A&E docuseries titled “Secrets of Playboy.” Hugh was defended by Roderick on an episode of Asheligh Banfield’s NewsNation Now show, “Banfield.”

“Hef was a wonderful person. I learned so much from him. The (girls) were there of their free will — No one was holding a gun to their head.”

Sondra Theodore, one of Hef’s former girlfriends, spoke to Banfield about the larger-than-life character. Theodore was less favorable, claiming that Hefner would throw “Pig Parties,” in which aides would drive down Sunset Boulevard and pick extremely young ladies to bring back to the Playboy home. Once there, the teenagers would be fed and boozed before being led “to the slaughter” by the infamous grotto.

According to Page Six, Roderick continued to defend the lecherous publisher.

“They’re talking about men preying on these young girls, well how about the girls preying on these rich men?”

“And they’re talking about going down to Sunset Boulevard to pick up girls? You’re kidding me, that’s ridiculous. It’s natural. That’s what people do — they go out (and pick up other people).”

“I feel so sad that I even have to defend him because he’s (was) such an amazing person who has done so much for so many people. And the fact that some women are coming out because they have a book coming out (or) they want 15 more minutes of fame.. and to do it now is disgusting.”

“Why not go on the other documentaries while he was alive and say that? He’s not those things.”

Holly Madison, a former Playboy playmate, appears in the documentary and characterizes her experience at the mansion as traumatizing and “cult-like.”

“The reason I think the Mansion was very cult-like, looking back on it, is because we were all kind of gaslit and expected to think of Hef as, like, this really good guy.”

Hugh is now being defended after plenty of allegations have been leveled against him. The question is whether her defense of Hugh is justified and what reaction she will receive from the public. To get the latest updates, Keep an eye on Thirsty.
