Lois Rinna, the mother of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, has sadly passed away at the age of 93. Lois’ granddaughter, Amelia Hamlin, shared the news on Instagram on Monday morning. The cause of Rinna’s death is officially unknown.

Last week, Lisa went public that her mother had suffered a stroke. She also previously had a stroke in 2013. Rinna got emotional on social media. Now, her daughter has come forward to share the news of Lois Rinna’s passing.

“My guardian angel for the rest of time.. I love you so much my Lolo… you were and will always be much more than a grandma to me.. you were my best friend. My strength. My rock. My everything. Your laughter never failed to light up any room you ever walked in. Anyone who got the pleasure to meet you was so blessed.. there will never be anyone like you. Thank you for being the strength our family needed. Thank you for teaching us what it means to be a strong woman… and just like that.. you’re back with Frank.. I know they’re having a party for you.. and you are dancing your way through heaven… you’ll never be gone… “I did it my way..” “Me too.” 5:05 am …”

Amelia shared a beautiful photo from Lois’ wedding day. She also posted a video of mom taking a bite of birthday cake and several other memorable moments the family shared. An outpouring of support from fans and friends flooded the comments section.

Lisa Rinna shared a video of her mom dancing to Justin Bieber’s Despacito remix when she shared the news last week about Lois’ stroke. She said that Lois was “transitioning” at the time. Lois liked to have fun until the end.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Lisa Rinna and her family. Lois was beloved by your fans and won’t soon be forgotten. Rest in peace, Lois Rinna.
