50 Cent is a legend in the world of rap. He is slowly establishing himself as a dominating force in the world of entertainment as well. With his series ‘Power’ and its spin offs being huge successes, ‘BMF’ is slowly establishing itself as a fan favorite as well.

The Hollywood Reporter, however, revealed that the STARZ Network might have a shaky future ahead. With parent company Lionsgate deciding between selling the network or spinning it off after the quarterly figures were revealed, 50 Cent’s series is facing significant trouble.

Fif being the one behind STARZ‘s success in recent times, wants that his series should not suffer in the middle of all this. A filing from Lionsgate reads that multiple options for the network’s future are being considered.

On November 2, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized the Company’s management team to explore potential capital markets alternatives for its Media Networks business (STARZ) including, but not limited to, a full or partial spin-off, split-off, issuance of a tracking stock or other transactions

The rapper took to Instagram in order to criticize the network. He posted a screenshot of the headline regarding the potential sale or spin-off of STARZ. He asked why they didn’t mention Raising Kanan or BMF, which are the only two shows helping STARZ rise. He captioned the post:

No Raising Kanan, No BMF, what do you think made their stock jump ? I gave them two hits back to back Smh 😆These people be crazy, smart as hell but no common sense.

50 Cent was caught on the fence about STARZ & Lionsgate when BMF’s latest episode failed to hit the air. With 50’s own material suffering, it seems that he is ready to fight for it.
