Dave Chappelle has made a few headlines in recent memory. On the other hand, Boosie Badazz has also drawn loads of criticism for his homophobic rants against rapper Lil Nas X. Nas X is well known for being outspoken and unapologetic about his sexuality. When the rapper recently joked about a collaboration with Boosie, the latter responded with homophobic slurs.

In spite of all the criticism, Boosie has remained adamant, refusing to apologize for his comments. Now, Azealia Banks has joined the fray, calling out both Boosie and comedian Dave Chappelle, labelling them “embarrassing.”

Dave chappelle is also about four years late to the transphobia outrage attention grab. And Lil boosie gets no extra streets cred for antagonizing a young black kid for who he chooses to love.

Banks also commented about how “systemic oppression thru food apartheid, anti-literacy laws and the for profit prison industrial complex” are not the fault of Lil Nas X and that people like Boosie are wearing their “trauma & oppression as a badge of honor.”

Banks also called out Boosie for publicly suggesting that Lil Nas X should take his life, stating that Boosie has “completely obliterated [his] ability to see [himself] as anything other than a ward of the state” and that it is “heartbreaking.”
