Fans of MTV’s “Teen Mom 2” have come out with criticism against the show’s alum, Chelsea Houska. In an ad that began on the 1st of October, Houska was seen promoting a face mask for Dime Beauty. The ad has since garnered over 2,700 reactions, 1 million views and hundreds of comments.

In the aforementioned ad, Houska touted the various benefits of the face mask, saying that it makes her face feel “so much softer, cleaner, and more hydrated.” She also praised the product for its vegan ingredients.

This is a must for me and I like to use it a few times throughout the week! Try it out and let me know your thoughts.

However, fans were quick to notice that Houska seemed to be engaging in a bit of false advertising. Several people pointed out that it wasn’t exactly honest of Houska to promote a face mask while wearing makeup and eyelashes.

She needs to keep it real…and having eye makeup already on before the mask is NOT real. She needs to show all the young ladies just starting out with their cleansing regimes how to do it the RIGHT way.

Houska has yet to issue a public response to the criticism. We have not likely seen the last bit of controversy from the Teen Mom world. You can check out the ad below.
