Bobby Shmurda is one of the very few rappers who developed a great following without constant releases. Despite going to jail and serving a seven-year sentence, Shmurda made it back with his fans still rooting for him.

Shmurda’s release meant that his eager fans will receives some new music instantly, but that wasn’t the case. The rapper even talked about why he isn’t hasting his new music out. Bobby even unveiled new music in his Rolling Loud performance. After building up a lot of hype, Shmurda is ready to return to the world of music.

The “Hot N*gga” rapper took to Instagram in order to tease the music video of “No Sleep.” It’s going to be his first single in a very long time. The rapper unveiled a minute-long sample of his song where he’s seen screaming “WHERE’S THE ICE?” He captioned the preview:

GOOD SHHMORNING !! OH YEAAAA IT’S UP THIS WEEK 🥶

Fans are not necessarily shocked with his announcement, however. The rapper was seen shooting the music video for the single earlier this month. His performance at Rolling Loud also made him trend big. Fans also clowned Shmurda for not releasing new music, but still stood unimpressed when he released a sample.
