The Rock Launching His Own Headphones

The Rock’s time in the gym wouldn’t be complete without the tunes to get him through that grueling workout. Proper headphones are key to getting this done and now people can rock out just like Dwayne Johnson.

The Jumanji star just dropped over-ear headphones in a partnership with JBL. This is also a part of Under Armour’s “Project Rock” line. That ongoing partnership between Under Armour and The Rock has been going strong for years with collaborative clothing.

These headphones will be tough like The Rock himself. They have a hard exterior and are designed to take some serious physical punishment. These aren’t brittle headphones. They also come with fabric ear cushions so sweat doesn’t make your ears hot.

The new headphones also come with a year-long subscription to the MapMyFitness Premium app. The audio quality on these headphones is also top notch, but that should also be expected. The audio range for the Project Rocks is 20Hz to 20kHZ with amplified bass.

We’ll have to see how many gym goers start bulking up with The Rock’s headphones, but he’s likely to sell plenty of units.
