Lizzo Claims She Smells Better After Ditching Deodorant

Lizzo received a resurgence with her spotlight with the release of her song Rumors with Cardi B. This caused the trolls to come out of the woodwork, and she had to say something about it recently. Offset also sprung to Lizzo’s defense and told the haters to back off.

The subject of celebrity hygiene has become a popular source of conversation. This was sparked in a big way when Jake Gyllenhaal said that he doesn’t really shower. Lizzo might still shower, but she ditched the deodorant.

The famous singer jumped onto her Instagram stories and made it clear that she no longer wears deodorant, and she believes that she smells better for it.

 “Ok… I’m w him on this one. I stopped using deodorant and I smell BETTER.”

We’ll have to see if this trend continues within pop culture’s elite. This might be a good idea for Lizzo, but others might not be able to ditch the deodorant and keep the same freshness all day.

For the record, people like The Rock and others have also spoken out about how they do not condone the act of ignoring hygiene. Dwayne Johnson spoke out about how much showers, and he also prefers at least one cold shower a day on top of that.
