Magic Johnson Says Chris Paul Should Call LA Lakers

We are now officially in the NBA offseason after the NBA Finals ended and the Bucks are reigning supreme. The LA Lakers would obviously love a better showing next season, and Chris Paul might be able to help.

The Lake Show has been criticized for their lack of depth. A third star might be needed to round things out. Magic Johnson sent out a very interesting tweet to encourage that in a big way. In fact, he even stated that Chris Paul should call up the Lakers and his “best friend” LeBron James.

If Chris Paul opts out of his contract with the Suns, his first call should be from his best friend LeBron James and the Lakers.

James and Paul are really good friends off the court. LeBron was at the Finals to show support for Paul, and King James also said that he would love to have CP on his squad. We’ll have to see what is in the cards, but LeBron and Chris Paul on the same team might be a big deal.
