Nintendo surprised the world when it suddenly announced the release of a new Switch with an OLED screen. As the video game console company prepares to stay afloat and derive profits, new rumors sprang forth suggesting that the company is working on a new Switch model.

While the new OLED-installed Switch has quite some upgrades such as a larger screen and an inclusion of an ethernet port, it is not at the same level of console the Nintendo “4K” Switch Pro was speculated to be.

Nintendo took to Twitter in order to dispel all the rumors regarding the development of Nintendo Switch Pro. They made a series of tweets handling the matter in detail.

As there were many rumors in light of the fact that Nintendo needs to put out a Switch capable of running many of their games such as Animal Crossing and Zelda: Breath Of The Wild in a higher quality, fans believed the Pro is on its way. However, the company clearly wants to slowly upgrade the experience their consumers want from them.
