Billie Eilish is causing a controversy once again. The singer was spotted wearing a controversial clothing brand wish huge racial undertones. This was not lost on the public and she’s getting called out.

Eilish made her big apology over a video where she mocked Asians. Her boyfriend also got into some trouble because was caught with some old tweets that included the N-Word. He apologized for that, too.

The 19-year-old singer was spotted in Burbank on Tuesday sporting an Erykah Badu t-shirt with matching shorts from a brand called Chinatown Market, who vowed to change their name due to cultural appropriation.

Mike Cherman, Chinatown Market’s owner, promised to donate the proceeds from existing products to nonprofits benefiting AAPI causes.

Billie Eilish rocking this brand in public was not lost on people, especially those who remember the recent news of the mocking video about Asians. As of this writing, Billie Eilish has not commented on this latest controversy.

Eilish is known for doing her own thing. She even promoted the release of her latest record by asking fans “who wants to eat me out?” Odds are she won’t pay this latest controversy any mind for now. We will continue monitoring this story here at Thirsty.

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
