Jake Paul and Ben Askren finally competed against each other in a boxing match at Triller Fight Club last night. There was a lot of anticipation behind the fight, but it seems it didn’t live up to the hype for many fans.

Jake Paul ended up obliterating Ben Askren within the first round of the 8-round boxing match via a KO. The referee called the match in favor of Jake Paul as he decided that Askren couldn’t continue the match.

Several fans and fighters had earlier taken to Twitter right after the fight and believed that the fight was actually rigged from the start. Now it seems a current AEW star shares the same sentiments.

Chris Jericho took to Twitter and shared his thoughts regarding the controversial ending of the match. Jericho called the match a scam and congratulated Jake Paul for a ‘bulls*** fake win.”

Haha …What a scam! Congrats to @jakepaul for a bullshit fake win!

It is safe to say Chris Jericho was not at all impressed with the fight. It is not known whether the fight truly was rigged or not. The end result says the same as Jake Paul was the victor while Ben Askren was the loser.
