Jamie Foxx Faces Lawsuit Over Sexual Assault Allegations at NYC Restaurant

Jamie Foxx has found himself embroiled in a disturbing legal battle, accused of a rooftop sexual assault that allegedly occurred eight long years ago in the bustling heart of New York City.

As the night progressed, around 1 AM, the plaintiff’s friend approached Foxx, requesting a photograph with the star. Allegedly under the influence, Foxx reportedly responded with a suave, “Sure, baby, anything for you,” before engaging in a series of photographs. It is said that Foxx then proceeded to shower compliments, including remarks like “Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “You smell so good,” and even went as far as suggesting she resembled Gabrielle Union.

However, the night took a dark and disturbing turn, as the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims that Foxx forcibly led her to the back area of the rooftop. There, she alleges that he placed both hands on her waist, slipping them under her top and initiating inappropriate contact with her breasts. Doe further asserts that she attempted to distance herself from Foxx and noticed a security guard, along with other witnesses who purportedly witnessed the incident, yet inexplicably chose to turn a blind eye and walk away.

The legal documents go on to detail that Foxx continued his alleged misconduct by allegedly sliding his hand into the plaintiff’s pants and making intrusive contact with her vagina and anus. It was only when the plaintiff’s friend approached and witnessed the situation that Foxx ceased his actions.

The consequences of this traumatic encounter are outlined in the lawsuit, with Jane Doe stating that she suffered physical injuries requiring medical treatment, as well as enduring immense pain, suffering, and emotional distress due to the alleged “sexual assault, abuse, assault, and battery.”

In light of these shocking allegations, Jane Doe is seeking justice by pursuing legal action against not only Jamie Foxx but also Catch NYC and its employees. She is pursuing both compensatory and punitive damages for the alleged incident.
