The Bella Twins Shed Light on When They Settled on Leaving WWE

Nikki and Brie Bella, now known as The Garcia Twins, are regarded as hallmarks of the women’s division in WWE history. That said, they left WWE earlier this year – shocking fans. The twins have now disclosed when they decided to leave the company.

The Bella Twins ended up making headlines when they tweeted out to re-introduce themselves back in March when they departed from WWE. The two went on to build their brand and focused on other avenues after leaving the global juggernaut.

While speaking to PEOPLE, the Garcia Twins talked about their departure from WWE. The twins noted that they knew it was time to leave the company when they did not feel energetically aligned anymore with the WWE.

“We got to a point where we just didn’t feel energetically aligned anymore with the WWE. There was a moment where she and I looked at each other and kind of felt, ‘You know what? We’re all not seeing eye to eye anymore. We didn’t even have to say it, we could just look at each other and feel it.

We get sad at times to not be a part of what the women are doing over there, and we will always support our women of the WWE.”

The Bella Twins made headlines recently after they confirmed they still have one last run in them. They even met up with an AEW star recently, which made fans wonder what their next move would be. We’ll have to see what the future holds for the WWE Hall of Famers.
