Amidst a landscape marked by delays following the conclusion of the SAG-AFTRA strike, James Gunn delivered news that definitely made fans happy – he has confirmed that ‘Superman: Legacy’ will be releasing on its scheduled date of July 11, 2025 and not face any delays.

Despite restrictions on writing and pre-production work from actors, the team continued to forge ahead, creating remarkable character and set designs that Gunn praised as the most impressive in his entire career.

The cast boasts notable names, with David Corenswet taking on the titular role of Superman, alongside Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern.
